Stainless steel is the standard finish for a 90cm range, and the TK2SRCG90X is the Teknix version: six gas burners over a 100 litre main cavity. Two of the burners are sized for wok work.

Six burners is the headline, but the layout matters as much as the count. Spread across 90cm, there is room to work several pans at once without crowding, and the two large wok burners give a pair of genuinely high-output positions rather than the single rapid burner found on narrower cookers. Cast iron pan supports run across the full surface, so pans move between burners without lifting.

Capacity below is 100 litres in the main cavity, enough for a large bird and trays alongside it. The telescopic shelf is the detail worth paying attention to, since it extends on runners and brings a loaded tin out level and in view rather than being lifted blind from the back. Two wire shelves and a grill pan with handle complete the set.
