If you are not happy with your new product, whether that be because the product is faulty, damaged or just not really what you wanted, we will try our best to get it sorted for you. Please read our returns and cancellations policy below to learn more:

  • Returning or Replacing a Faulty Product

    If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us so contact our store and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your faulty product or assist you with receiving a full refund.
  • What if my appliance arrives damaged?

    If your appliance arrives damaged you must contact us immediately and a member of our team will be able to assist you with the next step to resolve your issue.
  • What if I change my mind?

    For online Purchases

    If you have purchased online, your statutory rights give you a 14 day 'cooling off' period once the product has been delivered. A full refund will only will only be issued once the un-used & un-installed product, in the packaging supplied with the item, is returned to us and inspected. You will not be reimbursed for delivery or installation charged due to cancellation of your order.

    For In-store Purchases

    If you have purchased your appliance in store, you will need to contact the store you purchased the item from for the store policy on returning your item.

Returns / Cancellations

If you are not 100% happy with your new product, whether the product is faulty, damaged or just not really what you wanted, we will try our best to get it sorted for you:

  • Returning or Replacing a Faulty Product


    If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us so contact our store and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your faulty product or assist you with receiving a full refund.
  • Returning or Replacing a Damaged Product


    We apologise that you have received a damaged product. Please contact our store with a description of the damage and any information on the driver who delivered it, to discuss replacing or refunding you your damaged product.
  • Returning an Unwanted Product


    We are happy to return a product that you have changed your mind about, with a refund being made before 14 days after delivery. However, if you have used or installed the product, we will only be able to offer you a refund of up to 50% of its’ value. Please contact us to discuss your options.
